Key Reference Changes - Electrical: References to the ICC Electrical Code are replaced with the Georgia State Minimum Standard Electrical Code (NEC with Georgia amendments). - Energy: References to the IECC are replaced with the applicable Georgia State Minimum Standard Energy Code.
Hose Bib Requirement Table 403.1 is modified to require at least two exterior hose bibs, sill cocks, or outside hydrants on detached single-family, duplex, and multi-family structures of three stories or less, with at least one located on the side or rear of the structure.
