This requirement is triggered where the likely allowable bearing capacity is less than what value?

  • A. 1,500 pounds per square foot
  • B. 3,000 pounds per square foot
  • C. 2,000 pounds per square foot
  • D. 1,000 pounds per square foot

Correct Answer: A

  • C. Alteration
  • D. Change of occupancy
